Follow along with Alice Wilhoit over this 12 month series video workshops coupled with live web seminars and beautiful and easy to follow electronic pattern packets.
This workshop is filled with monthly instructions for completing applique blocks, and culminating in instruction for how to finish the completed quilt top. Forums and web seminars will also be available.

Pattern Packets are available as a free download OR you can purchase pre-printed packets at www.alicewilhoit.com.
In combination with the BOM, you will learn techniques on quilting each block of the month. Along with Alice's monthly block workshop, you will be inspired on how to quilt each block of the month with Linda's fantastic freehand quilting. You will be amazed how this enhances the beauty of Alice's amazing applique work.
When the BOM series is completed, Linda's complete workshop will be available to guide you through the steps of quilting the borders and blocks. Forums and web seminars will also be available.

In this workshop you will learn longarm freehand techniques for doing Feathers, Stained Glass, Pick Up Sticks, Peacock Meandering, Ferns, Leaves and much more. Linda shows you how to apply these techniques and discusses where to use them in your quilts. Project is done on stabilized 40 x 40 black sateen butterfly and makes a beautiful wall hanging when completed!

Certified Creative Studio Training
This course covers the certified material developed by Statler Stitcher. Toolbar Overview, Adjusting Patterns, Border & Corners, Block Baselines, Point to point Functions, Trims, Hand-Guided Modes, and Edge To Edge Sewing are covered. Students are encouraged to follow in the course workbook, complete the final exam and mail the sampler in to the instructor for course credit. The material is usually taught in two days, but with this online workshop you will have access to the material for the length of your subscription! You can then learn at your own pace. Forums and web seminars will also be available.
Certificate of Completion - when project is completed and Todd reviews, you will be issued a certificate showing you have mastered these techniques.
NOTE: This course is for learning the CreativeStudio software. To become a certified trainer, one must attend a different class physically in Columbia, MO.
AutoSketch for QuiltGeeks
This workshop introduces students to the primary feature set and basic interface of AutoSketch, as it applies to digitizing patterns for the Statler Stitcher. In this workshop, you learn how to perform basic pattern drawing functions while familiarizing yourself with the user interface. The course covers: user interface and setup, drawing entities, the rules for pattern digitizing, creating simple pattern files, exporting to PrecisionStitch, troubleshooting errors, creating lettering, and digitizing digital pictures.
Prerequisites: The student should have a basic grasp of the MS Windows environment; copying files, use of a mouse, etc‚Ä¶ A familiarity with basic drawing software is helpful but not required. It is recommended that student use a laptop that is separate from the computer running the Statler. AutoSketch and Precision stitch must be pre-installed.
