To resolve video playback issues we recommend taking the following steps:
1) Clear your browser's cache (http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache) and restart your browser -- this will re-load any stored Video content.
2) Try a different network connection (especially if you're using wireless -- trying using a LAN instead). If this isn't an option, disconnect your connection and reconnect -- this will refresh the DNS cache and potentially find a better route to TheQuiltingSchool.com Video content.
3) Close other Internet applications (there could be another application taking away Internet bandwidth)

* What browser and operating system are you utilizing?
* What is your IP Address? Go to http://whatismyipaddress.com/.
* What type of network connection are you using? (Cable, T1, DSL, etc)
* From what geographical region are you connecting?
* Please describe the playback issue you are experiencing (slow load, videos do not play, incomplete video playback, etc)
* Please provide a traceroute to our video host:
1) (Win) Go to Start->Run and type in "cmd" -OR- (Mac) Open the Terminal application (in "Utilities")
2) Type in (Win) "tracert cdn9.fliqz.com" (without quotes) -OR- (Mac) "traceroute cdn9.fliqz.com" (without quotes)
3) Select all text and copy to an email, or take a screenshot and attach to an email
